AYA Universe is located on the first floor of WAFI City Mall (Oud Metha Road), directly at the top of the escalators in the grand atrium. If arriving by metro, take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City Station, which is a 6-to-8 minute walk from the mall. If driving, use the Carrefour parking zone or the mall's valet service. Booking your timed ticket online allows you to bypass the ticket counter queue and head straight to the main entrance line, but note that re-entry is strictly prohibited once you exit the experience.
Discounts
Children under 3 years old and People of Determination (POD) enter free of charge. Free tickets for children under 3 and PODs, as well as a complimentary ticket for one accompanying caregiver/companion of a POD, cannot be booked online and must be collected at the Customer Service desk upon arrival by presenting valid ID or proof of eligibility. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Note that socks are required for the ball pit experience, which is restricted to visitors 1 meter and taller.
