If arriving by metro, take the Green Line to Dubai Healthcare City Station, which is a 6-to-8 minute walk from the mall. If driving, use the Carrefour parking zone or the mall's valet service. Booking your timed ticket online allows you to bypass the ticket counter queue and head straight to the main entrance line, but note that re-entry is strictly prohibited once you exit the experience.
- Price: The official walk-in price for AYA Universe is AED 135, though booking online in advance directly or through partner platforms often yields discounted rates starting around AED 95 to AED 120. Children under 3 and People of Determination (along with one caregiver) can enter for free, with complimentary tickets issued at the customer service desk upon arrival.
